U.S. SHIPPING & HANDLING
Most PARODI & Cie products are normally packed within 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving).

  • Standard shipping takes approximately 5 – 7 business days.
  • International orders are shipped FedEx International Express and are usually delivered within 10 business days from the order’s ship date.
  • Parodi & Cie does not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS standard mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Parodi & Cie will ship orders to international addresses. International shipping rates will be applied.

PAYMENT METHODS
Parodi & Cie accepts the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard as well as PayPal.

  • For security reasons billing name and address must match the credit card information used for payment.
  • All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

ORDER PROCESSING
Most Parodi & Cie orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt. Processing time refers to the time it takes to authorize and process payment of your Parodi & Cie order. Processing time is not the same as shipping time. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 7AM CST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK
If you happen to order a Parodi & Cie product that is currently out of stock, Parodi & Cie will alert you via email of the in-stock date.

SALES TAX
Parodi & Cie is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Kansas.

DUTIES & TAXES
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.

Parodi Professional Care takes your satisfaction very seriously. Parodi & Cie, S.A. can only accept returns on items purchased through our website with a receipt and order number. To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please email us at parodi.lg@parodicare.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.

We are unable to refund the shipping charges and we cannot accept any used products after that period.
